To the fullest extent permitted by law, my sole remedy for any claim related to the services provided is limited to the amount paid for those services.
I waive claims for sentimental, emotional, consequential, indirect, special, punitive, and incidental damages.
I agree to the arbitration, class action waiver, governing law, and all other terms contained in the Media Conversion Services Agreement and Liability Waiver.
